The Association Bleu-Blanc-Cœur arose in 2000 out of a farmers, scientists, agronomists, consumers and doctors co-operative. It is in keeping with an improvement process of the food chain.

It organizes the return of vegetable cultures such as grass, lucerne, flax, faba bean (…) deemed environment-virtuous and known for their nutritional properties. The Bleu-Blanc-Coeur animals thus receive a diversified diet with plants and seeds selected for their nutritional properties.

Bleu-Blanc-Cœur is committed to improving the nutritional content of Omega 3 in our diet. This approach is recognized by experts from the Ministries of Health and Agriculture.

The Bleu-Blanc-Cœur logo guarantees that :

- Foods (milk, meat, egg, bread…) come from farms committed to Bleu-Blanc-Coeur.

- Animals are in good health there as they receive a diversified food with plants and seeds tracked and selected for their nutritional value (Omega 3 content for example).

- The quality of the products is monitored and assessed from the field to the plate, for a good nutrition of the mankind.

- The production is favorable to the biodiversity and is environmentally friendly.
