Our products : Traceability

Traçability is the creation of identifying elements bestween every link of the food chain which brings a feed back between the distributed meat towards the animal from which it comes from. The labelling is conform to European legilsation (rule CE N° 1760/2000 of 17th of July 2000) and to the decree 2001-927 of 9th of October 2001 extracted from the French ‘Journal Officiel'.
To resume, whatever the origin of the meat, one information with all legal elements should be edited for the suplly of our clients :
- Reference or code number ; link between animal and product
- Country of birth of the animal
- Country of breeding of the animal
- Country of slaughtering of the animal
- Country of cutting of the animal
- Sanitary N° of the slaughterhouse
- Sanitary N° of the cutting plant
To each delivery of fresh or frozen beef meat, one listing pallet per pallet with traçability is required. It regroups the same information as on the labbelling of muscles or meat products.
Other fields apply similar measures to the beef ones which allow the final client to know the origin course of the products.
